Quick update here on Operation T.I.G.E.R. (see my last journal entry for an explanation): it's almost definately complete. Here are my drives as it stands:
5 1/4" bay 1: LG DVD-RAM/DL drive

5 1/4" bay 4: AOpen DVD-DL drive
3 1/2" floppy bay 1: 3 1/2" floppy drive
3 1/2" floppy bay 2: 28-in-1 digital card reader
3 1/2" HDD bay 1: WD Caviar 320GB SATA2 HDD @ 7200RPM w/ 16MB Cache
3 1/2" HDD bay 2: WD Caviar 320GB SATA2 HDD @ 7200RPM w/ 16MB Cache
3 1/2" HDD bay 3: Seagate Barracuda 250GB SATA2 HDD @ 7200RPM w/ 16MB Cache
3 1/2" HDD bay 4: Seagate Barracuda 250GB SATA2 HDD @ 7200RPM w/ 16MB Cache
